Financial Statement

Simple Praise Ministry (SPM) is committed to financial transparency.  The organization adheres to the highest standards of Federal 501(c)(3) charitable laws and guidelines,  as well as to the State of Arizona Department of Revenue statutory requirements.

Simple Praise Ministry (SPM) is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (or the corresponding provision of any future United States Revenue Law). These charitable, religious, and educational purposes include, but are not limited to, establishing and maintaining of religious worship, the building, maintaining and operating of ministries, creative arts, and evangelization centers.

SPM provides more than technology, talks, and praise and worship services to various events, seminars, workshops, and conferences.

SPM has a passion for encouraging and training our young people to become leaders and be productive in their communities. Through our Leadership Formation Series (LFS), SPM deploys leaders to their schools, colleges, universities, workplace, ministries, parishes, and diocese as Ministry Leaders, Worship Leaders, Youth Ministry Interns, and Christ's Witnesses. Through the power and the gifts of the Holy Spirit, SPM teaches Scripture & Apostolic Tradition (Deposit of Faith) through the use of music, sound teaching, and fun activities. Our Leadership Training Center is located in Phoenix, AZ.

SPM welcomes individuals with a passion for serving the young people. In Colossians 3:16, St Paul says, "Let the word of Christ richly dwell within you, with all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with thankfulness in your hearts to God."

In Psalm 16:11, the psalmist declares, " You will make known to me the path of life; In Your presence is the fullness of joy; In Your right hand there are pleasures forever." We ask the Holy Spirit to anoint our leaders, interns, missionaries, worship team members and staff to lead us into the holy presence of our God, to experience joy and healing in His presence.

Simple Praise Ministry conducts an annual audit every year. Following our annual audit, the IRS Form 990 is filed.  Both of these documents are available by clicking the links below.  In addition, SPM continues to voluntarily adhere to a formerly State-mandated “Procedural Audit” (“Agreed Upon Procedures”) for STO’s in order to maintain the highest degree of financial integrity and public accountability.
